I need to specify my reverse dns zone name; it needs to be 72/29.95.191.12.in-addr.arpa

Is this possible on these servers?

Yes, create a 12.191.95.0/24 reverse zone. Then add a record like this:

#.72/29 PTR www.example.com.

The pound symbol is the final octet in your IP address. Then use DNS Crawler to reverse search against your IP address. It should follow it to this record.
