I was wondering if or how I could use DollarDNS as a secondary DNS???
Can I just create a Master record and point it to my server's dedicated IP, then go to my register and add a server as ns3.mydomain.com using the dollardns's IP??
Will that work as a secondary DNS???

Sure, you can use DollarDNS for secondary DNS. That's what slave zones are for.
