The person who donated the server has shut it down. Now-a-days, however, I have a good paying job and can afford to purchase a second server from a stable provider. I'm looking at dedicated server providers and will let you know when free3 is back online.
I've also made some attempt on free1/2 to prevent a reoccurance of BIND shutting itself down unexpectedly.
